The precious marine fish transport technology research passed acceptance

On December 30, 2010, Fujian Provincial Fisheries Research Institute undertook the provincial science and technology key project “Research on High-Density Long-Distance Long-distance Keep-alive Transport Technology for Noble Sea Fishes” (No. 2007N0016) through the acceptance of the Fujian Science and Technology Department.

The project has carried out research on the survival technology of live sea fish, such as water temperature, water quality, and transportation density, which have influenced the survival rate and provided a reliable theory for large-capacity, high-density, long-distance keep-alive transportation of live sea fish. in accordance with. The project innovatively integrates a closed seawater circulation system with controllable parameters of water environment, and applies the system to the technical transformation of the "Banshiyu F598" live fish transport vessel, which is a large-capacity high-density long-distance marine fish live. Transportation provides the most advanced technology protection in the country.

After the application of this technology, the "Banshiyu F598" live fish carrier (with a total capacity of 803 cubic meters and is divided into 10 fish tanks) carries 6 voyages, carrying a total of 372 tons of live fish. The average survival rate of grouper and other species was 99.1%, the highest survival rate was 99.5%, the average net load was 62 tons/voyage, the ratio of fish to water was 1:11.95, and the longest survival time for transport was 252 hours.

The project team completed the research content and technical and economic indicators stipulated in the contract, and the participating experts unanimously agreed to pass the final acceptance test.
