It’s hard to believe we’re already nearing the end of this weekly countdown to the BIG day—whenever it may arrive. It feels like just yesterday I was staring at that little pregnancy test with its two pink lines, and now here we are, just weeks away from meeting our tiny bundle of joy. I still remember the excitement of finding out we were having a boy, and how surreal it felt to share the news with everyone. I even forgot to post the big reveal photos here! But honestly, all of this has been such a whirlwind of emotions, and it’s made me reflect so much on what kind of mom I want to be. I want to be someone who can wrap their arms around not just my partner but also this new little life that’s growing inside me.
Hey there, my little guy. Your arrival is getting closer every day, and I can’t wait to meet you and hold you close. You’ve already taught me so much about patience, love, and selflessness, even before you’ve taken your first breath. I’m ready to dive headfirst into this adventure called motherhood, and I hope I can make you proud. Until then, know that you’re already loved beyond measure.
