When I walked into various restaurants and fast-food chains, I always found myself observing the little details—some fascinating, others thought-provoking. Recently, I visited Blaze Pizza with my son, and as expected, I spotted something intriguing. There was a long line, so I decided to watch the staff work. As they flattened the pizza dough to create the crust, I noticed how the crumbs scattered everywhere. It made me curious about how they managed to keep the workspace clean. It seemed like quite a challenge.
That’s when inspiration struck: “What if they could simply brush the crumbs into a scrap tray and empty it afterward?†I immediately shared this idea with my engineering and production teams, and together, we developed the equipment stand with a scrap tray you see here now.
Introducing the ESTP—a perfect blend of practicality and durability. This sturdy stainless-steel table features a perforated surface where crumbs can fall into a slide-out scrap tray. Cleaning up is effortless since the tray pulls out easily for disposal. Additionally, there’s a stainless-steel hook on the side for storing a counter brush when not in use.
