Large-scale farm health care plan

Large-Scale Farm Health Care Plan

First, Pre-Natal Care for Sows

During the first 7 days of gestation, sows should be supplemented with 250 grams of astragalus polysaccharides per ton of feed. In autumn and winter, increase this to 800 grams per ton of feed when using Jinfukang or Jinligao. In spring and summer, switch to 400 grams per ton of feed using products from Harbin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. This regimen should be maintained for 15 consecutive days to support immune function and overall health.

Second, Postpartum Health Care for Sows

Within 12 hours after farrowing, administer 10-15 ml of an intramuscular injection to the sow. Due to the increased risk of uterine and vaginal infections in the summer, give one tablet of Durango 20-30 hours post-birth to prevent bacterial complications and promote recovery.

Third, Piglet Birth Health Care

On day 1, 7, and 21 after birth, administer a 1.5 ml or 2 ml dose of a three-needle health care treatment to prevent vertical and self-infections. Three days after birth, inject 2 ml of iron into the deep muscle to prevent anemia and enhance growth performance in piglets.

Fourth, Weaning Care for Piglets

When feeding piglets, add 1,000 grams of Harmoil and Mother Herb per 1,000 pounds of feed. After weaning, include 200 grams of astragalus polysaccharide per ton of feed. Mix in 700 grams of locusum, 400 grams of gold, and 800 grams of spices for 7 days. On the day of weaning, administer 2 ml of rice first via intramuscular injection, and use Harpkin to manage stress. Each batch should be mixed into 5,000 liters of water.

Fifth, Health Care at 13 and 18 Weeks of Age

At 12 weeks of age, add 300 grams of astragalus polysaccharides and 800 grams of spices per ton of feed for 7 days. At 17 weeks, reduce the astragalus to 200 grams per ton of feed and combine it with 400 grams of Jinfukang or Harbin Pharmaceutical products for another 7 days to support immune function and disease prevention.

Sixth, Deworming Health Care

Male and female pigs, as well as replacement stock, should be dewormed with compound ivermectin three times a year. After weaning, within 15-20 days, add 1,000 grams of compound ivermectin per ton of feed to control internal parasites. This treatment should be continued for 7 days and repeated once to ensure full parasite control.

In addition, throughout the year, all sow feed should include 500 grams of Hawthorn per ton to support cardiovascular health and digestion.
