(1) Although it is difficult to disassemble and remove the oil welding net welded parts in the engine oil pan, it should be removed or cleaned as soon as possible. Because after long-term use, most of the machines have been basically blocked, seriously affecting the quality of engine lubrication.
(2) The sealing of the gasket between the engine body and the oil pan should be observed. If leakage or seepage occurs, remove the gear housing cover, loosen the oil sump bolt, and lift the gap of 3 to 4 mm. After cleaning, reinstall the sealant gasket.
(3) The free travel of the steering wheel is too large, and the front axle and the swinging axis are shaken too much, which affects the safety of driving. The steering shaft bearing clearance, front wheel bearing clearance, knuckle arm and steering knuckle assembly clearance, and clearance between the front axle outer sleeve assembly and the front axle bracket should be examined with emphasis. In maintenance, the semi-circular key welding in the knuckle can be increased in size and then knocked into the groove. After the knuckle arm is opened, the gap is tightened. When the swing shaft clearance is too large, the gasket can be changed or the number of gaskets can be adjusted to adjust the front wheel toe.
(4) After long-term use of the clutch disc separator bar, if the head contact area is too large, it should be replaced in time, otherwise it will easily cause the disengagement bearing tension spring to twist and disengage when combined.
(5) Some rolling bearings (mainly two 942/35 bearings and one 64805 bearing) in the gearbox must be replaced in time if their age is more than 10 years.
(6) Some other details should also be noted, such as the ignition switch should be promptly returned, the fuel injection mouth should be smooth and so on.
