Before the scheduled fruiting period, the room temperature is lowered to 13-15°C. At this time, the plastic bag should be cut off to expose the culture medium and the bacteria should be treated. The relative humidity is kept at 85-90% to induce the young mushroom. . After the young mushroom appears, it can be harvested after 7-10 days. Pick 3 tide mushrooms, roughly 1 kg bag can receive 230 grams of mushrooms, 4 kilograms can receive 1 kilogram of mushrooms, yield of about 50% (fresh mushrooms / dry material).
