1. Calibration exhaust pressure Pe: The highest working pressure (gauge pressure) required for the supporting equipment.
2. Calibration speed ne: The highest working speed required for the supporting equipment.
3. Calibration of the exhaust volume Qe: The minimum displacement that is suitable for the required requirements under the calibration conditions.
Note: The calibration working condition refers to the first-stage suction pressure 0.1Mpa (absolute pressure), the suction temperature is 293K, the relative humidity is zero, and the exhaust pressure is the working condition when the rated exhaust pressure and the crankshaft speed are the rated speed.
4 Calibration axis power Ne: The maximum power actually consumed under the calibration conditions.
5. Volumetric energy q: The energy consumed when producing a unit volume of compressed air, the value of which is calculated according to the following formula: q = N / Q

1. The air compressor shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures.
2. Parts and accessories must be inspected according to the requirements of relevant technical documents before assembly.
3. The cylinder diameter of the TOP1100F air compressor is 69mm. Cylinder stroke: 22mm. The cylinder diameter of the TOP750 air compressor is 63.7mm. Cylinder stroke: 17mm. The cylinder diameter of the TOP550 air compressor is 63.7mm. Cylinder stroke: 13mm.
4. The rated exhaust pressure Pe is divided into 0.6MPA\0.7MPA\0.8MPA. The highest pressure of 0.9 MPA can be achieved for the customer. It is strongly recommended that the working pressure should not exceed 0.85 MPA.
5. The measured exhaust volume of the air compressor under the calibration condition should be not less than the calibrated exhaust volume. .
6. Under the calibration condition, the measured shaft power of the air compressor should not be greater than the calibrated shaft power.
7. The volumetric ratio of the air compressor is less than or equal to 10 (no working pressure), the working pressure is 0.7MPA, the volumetric energy q is less than or equal to 10.5, and the working pressure is 0.8MPA. The volumetric energy q is less than or equal to 11.
8. The volumetric efficiency (ineration coefficient) η of the air compressor is greater than or equal to 50% (no working pressure), the working pressure is 0.7MPA, the volumetric efficiency is greater than or equal to 48%, and the working pressure is 0.8MPA. The volumetric efficiency is greater than or equal to 45%.
9. Air tightness: The cylinder pressure drop value is less than 0.1MPA for 5 minutes under the calibration pressure of the air compressor connected to the 6 liter gas storage tank (the air compressor is a plate valve).
10. 19. The air compressor has a clean appearance, a smooth paint surface, and a heat-resistant paint with good heat conductivity.
20. The air compressor must be equipped with an air filter with a precision of less than 100 microns. It can not be used to pump flammable and explosive gases, nor can it be used in flammable and explosive environments.
V. Test methods
1. The air compressor exhaust volume, shaft power, exhaust temperature, exhaust pressure and speed test are carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB 3853.
2. Air compressor noise is implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB 4980.

4. Airtightness test method of air compressor: A test equipment: a gas storage tank with a volume of 6 liters, a stopwatch with a value of 0.1% error and a pressure gauge with a precision of 1 grade. B test procedure: close the gas storage tank venting valve, so that the air compressor can pump air to the gas storage tank. When the pressure is higher than the calibration pressure of 0.05MPA, the air compressor stops working. After stopping for 2 minutes, adjust the venting valve to lower the air pressure. At the calibration pressure, close the valve and record the pressure drop for 5 minutes.
5. Air compressor exhaust oil content test, the air compressor referred to in this standard is an oil-free air compressor, and the machine and parts do not contain oil. Therefore, the oil content can not be tested.
6, durability test:
Before the test, the displacement, shaft power and exhaust temperature under the calibration conditions were measured.
B continuously operated for 500 hours under the calibration conditions, and the test wind speed was 1-8 m/s.
After the C 500-hour endurance test, the displacement, shaft power, and exhaust temperature were tested. And compared with pre-test data.
Sixth, inspection rules
1, factory inspection:
The air compressor must be ground for more than 4 hours before leaving the factory.
The air compressor must be inspected for the following items before leaving the factory (see Attachment AT/JS-0705-224).
2. Type inspection:
Type A shall be carried out in the following cases:
a trial-produced product produced by a new product or an old product.
b After the formal production, the product has major modifications, affecting the performance of the product.
C products have been discontinued for more than one year to resume production.
d Factory inspection and the last type inspection are quite different.
After regular production, regular periodic inspections are carried out.
Type B test items: All items specified in Article 4 of this standard.
There are no less than 3 C-type inspection sampling machines.
3. After the mass production, the sampling test will be conducted every month. The main testing items are part of the type inspection and factory inspection items, with an annual output of 30,000 or less, and no less than 3 monthly inspections. When the annual output is more than 30,000 units, the monthly inspection is not less than 6.
4. Perform a 500-hour durability test once a year.
7. Labeling, packaging and storage
1. Each air compressor has a signage and the signage is in accordance with JB 8.
2. Signage content: brand, model, manufacturer name, factory time, factory number, pressure, displacement, power, voltage frequency, weight and other parameters.
3. The air compressor package is installed in accordance with JB 2759. The air compressor is vulnerable, spare parts, tools and accessories are fixed in the box with special bags. The pipeline interface is blocked and the technical data is packaged in a plastic bag.
4. Pay attention to moisture and rust before leaving the factory to prevent dust from entering, and ensure that there is no rust and damage within 6 months after delivery.
