Due to the better sealing of the vacuum box, the inflation gas will generate a large pressure in the vacuum box, and the pressure will force the tempered glass window to burst, which is a potential danger. This potential hazard is avoided by the first step of vacuuming the heating sequence.
2) If the heating is performed in the vacuuming process, when the air heated by the vacuum pump is pumped out, the heat will lie on the vacuum pump, causing the vacuum pump to heat up too high, which may cause the vacuum pump to decrease in efficiency.
3) The heated gas is directed to the vacuum gauge, and the vacuum gauge produces a temperature rise. If the temperature rise exceeds the operating temperature range specified by the vacuum gauge, the vacuum gauge may cause an indication error.
The correct method of use should first vacuum and then heat up. After the rated temperature has been reached, if it is found that the degree of vacuum has decreased, then add it appropriately. This is advantageous for extending the life of the device.
