The formulas suitable for cold storage use of ingredients are: (1) 50 kg of corn cob, 5 kg of bran, 2.5 kg of corn flour, and 0.5 kg of gypsum powder. (2) 15 kg of wood chips, 35 kg of cotton shells, 5 kg of bran, 2.5 kg of corn flour, and 0.5 kg of gypsum powder. After the ingredients are evenly mixed, water shall be added in a ratio of 1:1.2 to 1.4. It is advisable that the water content is not dripping when holding the material by hand. The pH value is controlled between 6 and 7. If the pH is not suitable, Lime can be used to adjust. After mixing, the material is loaded into a plastic bag with a size of 17 cm x 30 - 33 cm. Mixing and bagging must be completed on the same day.

After the sterile material bag is packed, it is placed in an atmospheric pressure sterilizing pot and simmered so that the material temperature reaches 100° C. within 6 hours. Then, the simmer is held for 20 hours. The bag is cooled 2 hours after the ceasefire, and the bag is prevented from breaking.

Inoculate the bag when the temperature drops below 25°C. Inoculate, pay attention to the disinfection of inoculation tools and strains before inoculation, generally 500 grams of bottled bacteria can be connected to 25-30 bags.

During the germination period, the temperature of the culture room was controlled at 20-24°C after inoculation, and ventilation and water spray were applied in time. After about 30 days, the bag opening should be opened in due course.

The fruiting period of the mushrooming period is controlled at 10-13°C. Planting in the cold storage should pay attention to increase the amount of oxygen supply, if the lack of oxygen will cause small mushrooms, mushroom handle fine. It can be harvested 15 days after opening.

The standard stem length is 12-18 cm and the diameter of the mushroom is 0.5-1.5 cm. Water is sprayed after harvesting the first crop, and harvesting can be carried out 11 to 12 days later. Generally, 4 to 6 crops can be harvested. Harvesting takes place at night and goes on sale in the morning.
