The high water temperature in the early autumn season can easily cause oxygen deficiency in the Dianchi water body, which in turn causes the floating head of the Astragalus membranaceus. When it is severe, it will cause death and bring great economic losses to the Astragalus breeders. When aquaculture water is deficient in oxygen, the following methods can be used to increase oxygen in the water body.
First, reduce the temperature and increase oxygen. Can be placed on the top of the culture pond, covered with straw shade; also in the pool week species of vine plants, such as pumpkin, cucumber, etc., so that the vines climbed onto the pool top shade, in order to reduce the water temperature, so as to achieve oxygenation purpose.
Second, water injection oxygen. In the hot season, inject suitable amount of fresh water into the Dianchi Lake every day to drain the old water, so that the pool is rich in dissolved oxygen.
Third, plant water purification oxygen. Plant appropriate amounts of water hyacinth, water peanut, duckweed and other aquatic plants in Dianchi Lake. Through photosynthesis, these plants release large amounts of oxygen and increase dissolved oxygen in the water.
Fourth, physical water oxygenation. For every cubic meter of water body, 20 to 30 grams of quicklime is used to dilute the water and heat, and disinfection can be done to clear the pond to improve water quality and increase the amount of dissolved oxygen in the water.
V. Photosynthetic oxygenation. During the summer and autumn nights, iodine-tungsten lamps or incandescent lamps with higher power may be used as light sources to promote photosynthesis in plants in Dianchi Lake and increase dissolved oxygen in water bodies.
Sixth, drug oxygenation. In the high temperature season, calcium peroxide or bleaching powder is used for the cultivation of large-scale Dianchi Lake, and 2-3 mg of water per liter of water is evenly sprayed to release oxygen through chemical reactions.
Seven, clear pond oxygen. Silt is the main oxygen demand of the pond. Therefore, it should be dredged every year.
Eight, mechanical oxygenation. Conditional Dianchi, aerators can be installed. In hot season, it can be turned on for 1 to 2 hours in the early morning to increase the dissolved oxygen in the water.
