How to maintain and repair the three-legged centrifuge

Maintenance and overhaul of three-legged stainless steel centrifuge 1. The centrifuge should be inspected regularly to ensure that the functions and important parts and safety protection measures of the centrifuge are under normal working conditions, and correct small, medium and overhaul cycles should be established. .
2. After the machine has been used for six months, it must be carefully inspected and maintained once and recorded. The main maintenance contents are as follows:
1. After the lubrication parts are carefully cleaned, replace the grease, (No. 3 molybdenum disulfide lithium grease). The main lubrication parts of the machine include the upper and lower bearings of the main shaft, the clutch bearing, the spherical washer of the pendulum and the flat head shaft of the brake device;
2. Whether the bearing is damaged or excessively worn, and whether the inner and outer rings are loose with the shaft and the shell;
3. Whether the friction plates of the brake device and the clutch are worn, and whether the V-belt is worn or elongated;
4. Whether the gaskets are aging or deteriorated, causing leakage;
5. Whether the pendulum, spring, and spherical washer are damaged or stuck;
6. Whether the connectors are loose and corroded, and whether the lining layer is broken;
7. Whether the drum is deformed or corroded, especially the corrosion condition of the longitudinal weld. If there is obvious thinning of the weld or black honeycomb microporous structure, there is obvious crack at the interface between the weld and the base metal, the knocking weld has no Metal sound and other phenomena should be stopped immediately.
Third, according to the inspection results, decide to clean, replace or repair. If the drum is severely deformed or corroded, and the rotating parts are seriously worn, overhaul or replacement should be carried out, and emergency measures such as surface repair welding should not be used.
4. Turning is the main working part of the centrifuge. It belongs to the high-speed rotating parts. After the strict dynamic balance and part-loading inspection in the manufacturing process, the longitudinal welding seams of the drums are all X-ray flawed.
5. The integrity of the centrifuge should be guaranteed, and it is not allowed to dismantle, change the parts, components or add attachments at will.
Sixth, the main components disassembly and adjustment methods:
1. Remove the outer casing, the main shaft shield, the spindle nut and the washer, etc. by using the drum combination. Use the two disassembly screw holes on the upper end of the drum bottom to press the bottom plate of the self-made dismantling tool on the bottom end surface of the drum with two screws. Pull out the screw tightly and push the bottom of the drum out of the main shaft. If the fit is tight due to the corrosion of the tapered hole, the wooden surface can be evenly tapped on the bottom surface, and the rotating drum can be discharged by the screw.
2. After the brake device removes the drum, the brake ring can be seen. Loosen the connecting screw on the brake handle sleeve to remove the brake handle, remove the flat shaft and the brake pin, and then remove the brake ring. Remove the worn brake band and rive the new brake band with aluminum rivets.
3. Spindle components and clutches For centrifuges with smaller diameters, the clutch is typically mounted under the motor. When disassembling, first loosen the cover and the shaft end retaining ring, pull the clutch out from the motor shaft end with the puller, and then force the drive shaft to clean or replace the clutch and bearing separately. Remove the connecting screw between the bearing housing and the chassis, and then lift the main bearing component together with the driven pulley from above the chassis. After pulling out the pulley, remove the upper and lower bearing caps, and then take the spindle together with the bearing from the bearing. Lift the seat and clean or replace the inner cavity of the bearing housing and the bearing.
For centrifuges with a diameter of more than 1 m, the centrifugal clutch is usually mounted at the lower end of the main shaft. In the same manner as above, it can be lifted from the top of the chassis together with the main bearing components. The clutch cover and the shaft end retaining ring are removed, and the clutch is used to pull the clutch as a whole. The human main shaft is pulled out, and then the starting wheel is forced out by the sleeve, and the centrifugal block and the bearing can be cleaned or replaced separately.
3, the adjustment method of the chassis uneven
4. If there is lifting equipment, the chassis can be lifted up. Otherwise, the hydraulic jack can be supported on the bottom surface of the chassis (near the three ears). Evenly press the top chassis to pull out the pendulum pin at the lower end of the pendulum. The amount determines the thickness of the washer between the ball washer and the chassis lug, and the additional washer and wobble pin are inserted to reset the chassis.

The human tongue has a range of specific taste sensation neural receptors called taste receptors which are organized mainly as papillae on the tongue.  When stimulated by chemicals, natural or synthetic, organic or inorganic, cations or anions, the receptors send signals to the brain which interprets the stimulations as sweet, bitter, sour, salty, and savory (unami, meaty taste).   For examples, cations such as Na+ present in the table salt evoke the salty taste, and H+ presents in acids evokes a sour taste. Organic compounds such as sugars, dextrins and glycerol result in sweet taste, glutamate results in  savory taste, while many toxic compounds such as nicotine, morphine, caffeine, quinine, etc. result in bitter taste.  The sensation of tastes is an evolution trait for defense against poisons (normally evoke bitter taste), and for allowance of nutrients intake (normally evoke sweet or savory taste).

Sugar is a natural sweetener as well as a nutrient consumed in vast quantity around the world.  It is one of the major calorie intakes by humans.  Over consumption of sugar often leads to obesity and other related medical conditions.  High blood sugar level (hyperglycemia) is a manifestation of the disease diabetic mellitus; if not managed properly, it could lead to a range of medical complications. To combat these medical conditions, high potency Sweeteners with no calorie or low calorie intake are often being used to substitute sugar.  Proper control of calorie intake, coupled with the use of these sugar substitutes has been very effective in managing the medical conditions.

Besides the medical indications, using sugar substitutes brings the economic benefit of lowering the cost of many foods and consumer products, from soft drinks to cakes, pasties, and even toothpastes.

A variety of chemical compounds, natural or synthetic, can evoke sweet taste, but not all of them are safe (for example lead acetate has a sweet taste but it is extremely toxic), nor are sweet taste specific (for examples, many of synthetic sweeteners can also evoke other senses of taste such as bitterness or metallic sensation).  Therefore, selection of the right sweetener for a specific use depends not only on the cost, but also more importantly on the health and safety, the sweetening potency, the effectiveness under various physical conditions such as cooking temperature (heat stability) and pH, as well as other unwanted tense of tastes of the sweetener.
