17. The reason for the small rotation angle of the feed shaft is that the peach wheel and the feed cam wear badly.

18. The reason why the feeding shaft does not work is that the positioning key of the peach wheel is damaged or missing; the peach shaped wheel is stuck with the feeding cam; the feeding cam wire pin is broken or missing.

Eliminating method: If the two cards are in phase, it is caused by the wear of the shuttlecock and the peach-shaped wheel. The delivery cam or the peach-shaped wheel can be unloaded. The working surface is smashed into a smooth arc surface with a guillotine. The severe wear should be exchanged; If the key or pin is damaged, replace it with a new one.

19. Reasons for the intermittent operation of the squeezing shaft: The peach-shaped circulatory spring or the squeezing-convex circulatory position spring has weak spring force, so that the peach-shaped wheel or the delivery cam can not return.

Elimination method: Open the working gearbox cover, remove the two return springs, replace the new return spring.

20, positioning clutch handle stuck reason: After the cam wear, with the adjustment nut stuck.

Elimination method: Remove the cams and use a grinding wheel or file to grind the cam surface into a smooth arc.

21. The main clutch is not completely caused by reasons: the friction plate and the pulley are bonded; the positioning screw is loose, causing the clutch pin to fall off; the clutch pin is seriously worn.

Elimination method: remove the pulley assembly, make the adhesive part off, use the sandpaper to polish the friction plate saw, replace the clutch pin; tighten the set screw.

22, positioning clutches are not complete reasons: adjustment nut adjustment improperly; respectively pin and adjust the nut sliding buckle; clutch teeth embedded on the positioning convex edge wear; tension spring broken (application fork positioning clutch). Inspection method: Open the positioning cover separately, check whether the adjusting nut is in accurate position, whether the adjusting nut and the pin are respectively sliding, whether the extension spring is broken. If there is no title and then remove the power output shaft assembly, check the state of the teeth with the positioning flange.
