Remedy: Check whether the power supply voltage is within the rated voltage range of the motor; increase the water supply volume (must be controlled within the correct range, otherwise it will cause the motor to overload and heat); adjust the gap between the impeller and the distribution plate (usually 0.15-0.20) Mm); replace the mechanical seal; the oil level is too low to refuel; change the valve plate and spring; replace the impeller; check the outlet pipe.
Second, the start can not start or start the noise is large Fault cause: the motor supply voltage is insufficient; the motor lacks phase operation; the pump is used for a long time without causing rust; the pump sucks debris; the impeller drags the distribution plate.
Remedy: Check if the power supply voltage is too low; check if the motor wiring is secure; if the pump is not used for a long time, it can add rust remover or open the pump cover to remove rust; open the pump cover to clear, repair and replace ; adjust the distance between the impeller and the distribution plate.
Third, the motor overheating Fault reason: the water supply is too large, causing the motor to overload; the motor is out of phase; the vent hole is blocked; the fuel tank is hot, the exhaust valve is overheated; the impeller drags other components.
Remedy: Reduce the water supply to the normal range (refer to the pump's instruction manual); check the wiring is firm; check the exhaust port; open the pump cover to adjust the gap between the impeller and other components; reduce the inlet pressure and increase the cooling water .
