Pills appear irregular

If the manufactured pill is irregular, or elliptical, or the strip is not changed by the pelleting process, this indicates that the bearing has a problem, which may be due to the deviation of the pellet or other.
Solution: It is certain that if there are problems such as irregular shape of the pellets, most of the problems will appear on the bearings. Most of this happens on the body of the new Chinese medicine pellets, which can be solved by a technician. .
No pills at the feed opening
The feed opening is at the bottom end of the Chinese medicine pellet machine. Putting the pressed strips into the granules takes about 1~2 seconds, and the formed pills will come out from the feeding port. This is the operation process of the normal Chinese medicine pelleting machine. If the strip-shaped medicinal material is placed in the nipple, but the pill is not seen from the unloading port for a long time, it indicates that the bearing is faulty.
Solution: You can open the top cover of the machine to see if the bearing is running in reverse. If it is reverse running, it can be determined to be a bearing problem.
Do not pill for a long time
The process of the pill mechanism of Chinese medicine is about 1~3 seconds, which is the normal time of pilling. Therefore, the time required for a medicinal material pressed by the plodder to be put into the pill to the pill is within 3 seconds. If this time is extended or slow, most of the reason is caused by the slower bearing speed.
Solution: If this happens, you can check whether there are any uncleaned residues on the bearing that hinder the normal operation of the bearing. If not, you need to ask a professional maintenance person for repair.
In addition to these common problems, the industry recommends that the automatic Chinese medicine pill machine should pay attention to the following aspects in the process of use:
Pay attention to the hardness of the medicine. Do not put too hard medicine or debris into the tank to avoid damage to the pushing system.
Do not put your hands or foreign objects into the propeller and pelletizer while the machine is working, otherwise it is dangerous.
Do not scratch the knife when cleaning. Prevent the falling of foreign objects during the work of the pelletizing knife to avoid damage to the pelletizing knife.
