Biogas stove installation and use

First, the classification of stove:

According to the ignition method, it is divided into two types: piezoelectric ignition and pulse ignition. Piezoelectric ignition system is composed of piezoelectric switch; pulse ignition system is composed of pulse igniter and switch. According to the stove can be divided into single stove and double stove.

Second, install:

Place stoves with stoves on stone stoves, cement boards, porcelain plates, and other fire-retardant materials, and connect them to biogas. The connection pipe can be made of PVC hose with a wall thickness of 1.5 mm and an inner diameter of 8 mm. Do not leave a long hose before the stove. Tear off the plastic protective film on the stainless steel cooktop. Pulse-ignition cookers should also be fitted with a No. 5 alkaline battery (note that the positive and negative poles of the battery must not be reversed). Press the knob on the stove and you can hear the “click” sound. Explain that the battery is installed. Please remember the speed of the “click” sound. If the sound is too slow for a few months, it means that the battery should be replaced. If the low-voltage operation for a long time, it will damage the pulse ignition. Device.

Third, ignition:

Both the piezoelectric switch and the pulse switch are provided with a self-locking device, which should be pushed forward and then left-handed when ignited. If the switch is forced, the switch may be damaged. Piezoelectric switch action should be slowly pushed to the left to 45 degrees and then rotated to 90 degrees. In this way, the ignitor can be filled with biogas and easily ignited.

Fourth, adjust the door:

Gas digesters with normal gas production have a high methane content and require sufficient air for combustion. Biogas digesters with just-injected or just-changed gas production are not normal. The methane content is low, and if there is too much air, it will go off and extinguish. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the damper according to the specific situation. The flaps are two butterfly stainless steel pieces, divided into large fire dampers and small fire dampers. They are located at the front end of the inlet of the burner, and the lid closes the damper. When the cooker is in normal use, first adjust the large fire door and then adjust the small fire door. The normal flame is blue. A reddish flame proves that the methane content is low and the gas is not pure; the flame leaves the furnace and is burned with too much air; the flames are linked together into a damper that is too small; when the damper is too small, the flame is strung high, and it seems to be very hot. This kind of flame heat value is not high. Generally, a piezoelectric ignition cooker can only use electronic ignition if it has a good temperament. If the gas is not pure, do not rush to use electronic ignition.

Fifth, adjust the pressure:

The electronic ignition cooker is a high-efficiency and energy-saving biogas stove with a large range of pressure adaptation, and can normally fuel at 0.5 kPa or more. But the best pressure is 1.6 kPa. If the pressure is too high, it is necessary to reduce the biogas flow through the pressure regulating switch so that the gas flow rate can be reduced to increase the electronic ignition rate.

Sixth, conservation No matter what kind of electronic ignition stove, you need regular conservation. Regularly dripping oil onto the switch shaft and switch bead, once a month, 2-3 drops each time. The hole area on the fire lid is calculated and designed. If the hole area is small, it will affect the combustion effect. If the stove flame is found to be uneven or red, the dirt on the hole of the fire lid should be cleaned. If the lid of the fire lid is blocked for a long time, it will cause the stove to temper and burn out the switch assembly.

Bleach Clean-up Enzyme is developed to remove residual hydrogen peroxide.Usually the cotton fabric bleached with hydrogen peroxide, the bleaching chemicals must be removed before dyeing in order to avoid the reaction between the bleaching agent and the dye. The traditional way to remove bleach is to rinse the fabric several times with water. Alternatively, you can use a mild reducing agent to clean the bleach. In addition, a large amount of water is needed in rinsing which wash out a large amount of wastewater.

Conzyme CAT200 is an extremely high concentrated liquid catalase preparation. It is specially developed to remove residual hydrogen peroxide and improve the last preparation prior to dyeing; it can largely reduce hazardous chemicals usage and save water.

Benefits:

Complete removal of residual H2O2 in preparation for dyeing
Wide pH range, convenient in using
No damage of fabric
Reduce processing time
Reduce water consumption and effluent volume

Environmental-friendly & bio-degradation

Enzyme preparations belong to protein, which may induce sensitization and cause anaphylaxis in sensitized individuals. Long-term exposure may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or nasal mucosa, so any direct contiguity with human body should be avoided. If irritation or allergic response for skin or eyes develops, consult a doctor.
