The water meter is used as a standard for testing moisture, and this standard is used to test the test results of another instrument. There are also many customers who regard the moisture meter of the capacitor as the test standard. In fact, this is not a standard.

And the moisture of any substance, the country has a standard water value. In the market, the moisture values ​​measured by capacitors, resistors, infrared moisture meters, and halogen moisture analyzers are relative values, not absolute values. First, we must make clear this point. Secondly, the accuracy of the results of the moisture meter test should be corrected according to the national standard value. Instead of several moisture meters to correct at the same time or one of them.

Now take the standard test value of flour as an example:
The national standard stipulates that the moisture value of flour is ≤14%. A halogen moisture analyzer was used to sample 3 g at a temperature of 135 degrees. The value tested is 14%, which is exactly the same as the national standard. The result of this temperature test is accurate. If the value tested is less than 14%, then adjust the temperature and raise the temperature by 3 degrees. If the result of the 138 test is 14%, then the test will be tested at 138 degrees. If the moisture value of the test is too high, the opposite is true.
