According to the nature of the screening material, the optimal screening effect can be achieved by adjusting the angle between the upper and lower jaws of the vibration motor.

1. When the angle between the upper and lower jaws of the vibration motor is 85°, the material is the longest between the screens, and the material has the longest screening time on the screen. This angle is mainly used for precision grading. It is used for the classification of raw materials with high cohesiveness and high water content.

2. When the angle between the upper and lower jaws of the vibration motor is 45°, the material begins to vortex on the screen, and the gap between the screens is relatively short, so that the material of the net is even excluded from the upper discharge port, thus allowing The material passing through the net is sieved from the fraction and used for the screening of general powder.

3. When the angle between the upper and lower slabs of the vibration motor is 5°, the raw material flows from the center to the surrounding direction, and is used for rough sieving. The sifted materials are classified in large quantities and used for coarse sieving.
