After removing the shaft pin, turn it back 90 degrees to its original position. This method can eliminate some of the clearance after the pin wear, but the wear of the small tube and the turbulence in the pin still exist, and the strength of the pin does not increase. This method can only temporarily save the emergency in the absence of accessories. 3, accessories repair method. The whole chain is completely disassembled, and the parts are classified according to the wear condition. The shaft pins and the small tubes are generally worn out and are basically updated. About 70% of major pipes are available. About 50% of the outer sheet can be used, and 50% of the unusable sheet can be used as a medium sheet after reaming. Large eye wear is less common and can generally be used. The repair procedure is as follows: 1 Completely disassemble the entire chain to be repaired into parts. 2 The removed parts are divided into three categories according to the appearance of wear: available, can be used, not available. 3 Put available and replaceable parts into the polisher for rolling and polishing. If there is no polishing machine, the parts can be put into diesel scrub, completely remove the rust and oil on the parts, washed with clean water and dried. 4 Use a plug gauge to check the aperture wear of the big eye, middle, and outer pieces. The eyelet aperture should be tightly matched to the outside diameter of the tubule. The film and the pin are matched but not too loose. The outer sheet is tightly fitted with the pin. 5 The large eye pieces and the small tube and the large tube are assembled into a single chain link, and the pin and the middle piece are assembled to form double-row shaped links. 6 Connect each double row of links with a pin, 1"/2 chain for 64 sections, 3"/4 chain for 50 sections, then install the outer panel. When the outer sheet is installed, the original 50% of the available outer sheet is placed with the old and new alternating method. 7 Check by hand the flexibility of each single-unit joint, whether the major pipe ruptures and the appearance of the pieces. 8 Rivet the outer plate correctly and firmly on the head of the shaft pin, connect the connecting pin, and apply anti-rust oil.
