How to modify the flow coefficient of electromagnetic flowmeter

Different media have errors in the measurement of electromagnetic flowmeters. Each flowmeter has a real-flow calibration before it leaves the factory, but for different working conditions in the field, or different media to be tested, the electromagnetic flowmeter is also in use. There will be some errors.
For the method of repairing the flow rate under realistic working conditions, when the instantaneous flow rate of the electromagnetic flowmeter is Q1 and the K coefficient is K1, when the actual desired flow rate is Q2, the value of the current K-factor K2 needs to be modified, and the current adjustment is needed. The flow rate can be realized by modifying the current K coefficient. Assuming that the new K coefficient value is K2, K2 is equal to the actual desired flow rate Q2 divided by the instantaneous flow rate Q1, multiplied by the current k coefficient K1 ie K2=(Q2/ Q1)*K1
Example: The electromagnetic flowmeter shows that the current instantaneous flow rate is Q1=54.28, and the electromagnetic flowmeter internally sets the meter factor K1=1.5372. According to field experience or other methods, the actual flow rate Q2=60.33, you can get the actual want by modifying K1. Traffic:

That is: K2=(Q2/Q1)*K1=(60.33/54.28)*1.5372=1.7085, reset the obtained K2 to the meter coefficient column of the electromagnetic flowmeter, instead of the original K1, the new instantaneous flow will be obtained. Q2.
The above is the calculation method of the electromagnetic flowmeter coefficient modification. We also introduced how to enter the electromagnetic flowmeter instrument setting interface in the previous chapters. You can refer to the relevant setting method to correct the meter coefficient, but as the electromagnetic flowmeter manufacturer does not recommend the customer. Make modifications to the internal parameters of the electromagnetic flowmeter.
