How to deal with the back spray of soybean extruder
1. Excessive moisture in the steam moisture is not conducive to the material transport in the expansion chamber to control the quality of the steam.
2. The pulverization fineness is too fine, and the normal condition is smashed with ¢2.5 or ¢3.0 sieve. If it is too fine, no friction is not conducive to transport in the cavity.
3. If the supply of the material of the expanded warehouse is not continuous, the back-spraying should be solved.
4. The gap between the tapered set bolt and the discharge die is too small, and the gap is properly adjusted. Usually, the screw plug of the discharge die is reversed three times after being pressed into place.
5. The imported two-section single screw head is wrongly installed, and its diameter should be smaller than the middle double screw head and the discharge double screw head.
6. The structure of the screw head is reversed or the pressure ring is unreasonable, and the adjustment is made again.
7. The inner wall of the feed chamber is heavily packed (position is at the front end of the first section pressure ring) and should be removed and cleaned.
8. The entire puffing chamber and the screw head are not cleaned or cleaned after prolonged production.
9. The wearing parts such as the screw head and the expansion chamber are seriously worn, and the back spray is not replaced in time.
