Ganoderma lucidum mulberry cultivation techniques

Mulberry is a woody plant. Mulberry is the largest by-product of sericulture production. Mulberry is moderately fibrotic. It can be used as a culture material for edible fungi and medicinal fungi, in addition to being a good paper raw material. Mulberry itself is a commonly used Chinese herbal medicine. The medicinal fungus Ganoderma lucidum cultivated with the mulberry twig, Ganoderma lucidum, is better than Ganoderma lucidum cultivated from wood chips and Duanmu. After the mulberry ganoderma was introduced to the market, the price was more than 50% higher than that of the general ganoderma lucidum. Mulberry cultivation Ganoderma lucidum technical points are introduced as follows:
1. Cultivation Techniques Artificial cultivation techniques for mulberry ganoderma lucidum are: mulberry branch collection - cutting section - crushing - batching - bagging - sterilization - inoculation - cultivation management - mining zhizhi - drying - packaging.
1. After smashing, the mulberry stalks are crushed and packed in special plastic bags with a size of 18 centimeters and 20 centimeters of edible fungi, and inoculated after high-pressure steam sterilization. A small piece of Ganoderma lucidum cultivar was purchased and placed in a clean room for dark culture. The room temperature was 24-26°C in the early stage, the room temperature was 22-24°C in the later period, and the relative humidity in the room was 60%-70. %, keep the air flowing. After about 40 days of culture, the plants were explanted with the mycelium and then moved out of the ground.
2. Selection of cultivation sites, scaffolding, and cultivation: Select a well-drained, sandy and sandy loam field. Set up a "Human" shaped shade shed, cover with plastic sheeting, and cover the shading net. It is better to use a three-point, seven-point yin shade, and the light intensity is uniform. Go from east to west, walk 1.3 meters wide, 1.3 meters long and 30 centimeters high. Soil disinfection inside the pot.
3. Bacterial bag buried soil: When there is a small number of primordia in the bacteria bag and the temperature rises above 15°C, the plastic bag on the surface of the bacteria strips is torn open and stood upright on the well-prepared cocoon. The inoculation surface is upward, and the spacing of the bacteria strips is 4-6 cm, flat above the fungus bag, fill the gap with fine soil, about 2 cm above the cover.

1. Regulating light: Ganoderma lucidum fruit body requires higher light, and has a strong phototaxis. If the light is too strong or too weak, it will cause the joints of the caps to be abnormal or deformed. Too strong will cause the young fruiting bodies to wither. Too weak will make the stems grow. Irregular light, or two-way light irradiation in the afternoon, can cause the fruiting body to tilt. Therefore, the light intensity in the booth is adjusted to the range of 400-600 lux candelas and the light source is fixed.
2. Regulation of temperature: Ganoderma lucidum is a medium-high temperature type fungus with a growth temperature of 12.36°C and an optimum temperature of 25-30°C. If the temperature is lower than 20°C, close the door of the shed and cover the plastic film to keep it warm. If the temperature exceeds 30°C, open the door of the shed, uncover the surrounding plastic film, strengthen the ventilation and reduce the temperature, and spray water to cool the shed.
3, regulate humidity: Ganoderma lucidum hi humid environment. The water content of the artificially prepared medium is preferably 60% to 65%. The fruit body can differentiate between 18 and 32°C, but the differentiation is fastest at about 25°C and the best development is achieved. The optimum air relative humidity is 80%-90%, and the soil moisture is about 50%. The humidity is relatively high, ventilation is used to reduce humidity, and the inside of the chamber stops spraying. When the humidity is low, it is preferable to spray into the space to increase the relative humidity of the air in the booth.
4, to improve the ventilation conditions: Ganoderma lucidum is aerobic fungus, fruiting body is extremely sensitive to carbon dioxide, carbon dioxide concentration in the air should be controlled below 0.03%, high will cause deformity. During the growth and development of the fruiting bodies, we must periodically open the door in the shed, uncover the surrounding plastic film, improve the ventilation conditions, and reduce the concentration of carbon dioxide.
5, in the cultivation of mulberry Ganoderma lucidum, in order to reduce production costs, Mulberry can be used for both, part of the cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum material, the other part of the sterilization fuel.
