2. Lubricating oil is not clean: If uncleaned lubricating oil is added to the machine body, it will block the oil circuit and cause burning.

3, add oil oil discomfort, excessive formation of carbon deposits, too little, will burn the tile to hold the shaft due to poor lubrication. The general oil surface is most suitable between the upper and lower scales of the dipstick.

4, long-term overload caused by burning tile, long-term overload operation, engine temperature is too high, the speed is low, the bearing capacity of the bearing bush is increased, the oil supply of the oil pump is correspondingly reduced, and the viscosity of the oil is lowered at high temperature, which is more likely to cause burning .

5. The clearance between the shaft and the tile does not meet the standard. If the gap is too small, the oil will not easily enter, and the oil film layer will not be formed. If the gap is too large, the oil will be easily lost and the oil film will be difficult to form. (green)
