Advantages of inverter drive

1) For electric selection, a squirrel-cage induction motor can be used. This type of motor has a small shape and can occupy the space of the shifting portion like a mechanical shifting machine. The driving parts can be small and light; if the gear is attached, the effect is doubled. Since there is no brush or commutator, it is almost maintenance-free.

2) An existing motor can be used to insert a frequency converter into an existing motor circuit, so that a conveyor with a constant conveying speed can be turned into a conveyor that can be steplessly shifted.

3) It is convenient to improve the production performance. It can be realized by using a wide range speed control of the inverter drive from 1:10 to 1:20, and its remote control changes the cycle number command. It is easy to choose the conveyor speed that Zui is suitable for the work. If the vector control frequency conversion method is adopted, the speed control range of 1:100 can be achieved, and the PG can be selected in the speed control range of up to 1:1000.

4) It can be easily started and stopped in operation. If the speed of the conveyor belt is changed sharply, the object will collapse. For example, if the handling glass bottle suddenly stops, the bottle may collide with the bottle, which may be damaged. However, if it is operated by a frequency converter, it is low-frequency starting, the oscillation is small, and then adjusted by soft start stop, setting time It will change the speed smoothly and smoothly, and the whole process will be smooth, which will help the product to run safely and ensure the quality.

5) It is convenient to change the operation mode, stop and reverse. Since the inverter starts from the low-frequency cycle number and voltage, the number of cycles and the voltage value rises steadily. The forward or reverse control is achieved by the phase change of the inverter transistor switching phase. 6) It can be used for electric brakes. When decelerating, the output frequency of the motor will drop slowly, and the motor speed will exceed the synchronous speed. When this happens, the energy recovered by the motor is absorbed by the capacitor of the DC power supply part of the inverter (the DC voltage rises); but when it rises to a certain set value, the transistor starts the switching. The discharge causes the electrical energy to be dissipated at the resistor. In this way, the load rotation energy is returned to the generator as a generator, and the electric energy is driven into the resistor, which is converted into heat energy and consumed to be the regenerative brake. Even without the use of a resistor, the motor can have a braking force of 20% internal loss available. Usually, the conveyor is a constant torque load. Therefore, if it is not necessary to decelerate rapidly, it is not necessary to provide a brake resistor in many cases. In the case where the braking frequency is small, the direct current may be supplied to the motor from a high speed, and the braking effect may be achieved, which is called dynamic braking. The advantage of electric brake (brake) is that it can be stopped at the designated position. Even if the motor runs at high speed, it can quickly reach the low speed from high speed, and shorten by the speed of creeping creep. The work cycle time of the project. When the number of cycles in the operation changes the speed of the motor, the electric brakes are generated, and they do not have to rely on manual operation. In particular, the shape of the conveyor is critical to the amount of conveyance. When the motor's negative torque is entangled, the electric brake acts to prevent the large speed increase of the motor.

7) It is easy to change the conveying speed. As long as the frequency of the inverter is increased, the conveyor speed will increase; for the existing conveying equipment, the conveying capacity can also be increased by 10-20%. However, it should be noted that it is necessary to have a sufficient capacity of the motor, and it is necessary to comply with the "conditions that do not exceed the number of revolutions allowed by the gear".

7) Consider whether the customer needs to use two or three frequencies in each operation, and can use multi-speed and cooperate with PLC operation function;
8) If the customer uses the brake function, the overvoltage stall prevention function needs to be turned off. When using DC braking, adjust the DC braking voltage level from small to large. If using a braking resistor, adjust the DC-BUS brake level appropriately.
