Simultaneously, the sequencing of the above-mentioned specific cloned fragments was performed and the phylogenetic tree analysis of other published viral gene fragments was performed. Second, the development of avian porcine virus gene chip is fully spread through the work of amplification, cloning, ligation, purification, etc., to obtain capture probes for chip spotting. The rapid diagnostic technique for detecting H5 and H9 subtype avian influenza viruses was studied on a gene chip, and avian virus gene chips were obtained. Third, the veterinary drug residue protein chip detection system successfully developed The system consists of sample extractor, veterinary drug residues protein chip test kit, fluorescence scanner, veterinary drug residue interpretation software, the system sample preparation time is less than 1 hour, each kit contains 4 Chips, 8 samples per chip. The system also has the advantages of high sensitivity and resolution, convenient control, friendly interface, complete functions, automatic report results, and flexibility in setting data processing standards. At present, he has applied for 2 domestic patents and published 2 academic papers.
