(4) The matching power of the pulverizer. Both the machine manual and the nameplate carry the kilowatts of power of the motor of the shredder. It often indicates not a fixed number but a certain range. For example, 9FQ-420 type pulverizer, supporting power is 7.5~11kW; 9FQ-60 type pulverizer, supporting power is 30~40kW. The advantage is that the moisture of the finished product can be absorbed, the humidity in the finished product is reduced, the storage efficiency is improved, the pulverization efficiency is increased by 10% to 15%, and the dusting degree of the pulverization chamber is lowered. (6) Dust and noise of the pulverizer. The dust and noise in feed processing are mainly from the pulverizer. These two sanitation indicators should be fully considered in the selection.
