Beijing black pigs were selected after the introduction of local black pigs from Beijing to Bachsia, Central Yorkshire, Soviet White Pig and Caucasian pigs. First, appearance characteristics

Beijing black pig is black hair body, strong physique, well-proportioned structure. The size of the head is moderate. Both ears stand upright or flat and stretch upward. The face is slightly concave, the amount is wider, the neck and shoulders are well combined, the back is straight and wide, the legs and hips are full, and the limbs are strong. There are 7 pairs of nipples.

Second, production performance

Beijing black pig adult weight, boar 262kg, sow 236kg. The average litter size of the first born sows was 10, and the average litter size of the sows was 11.52. It was determined that the average daily weight gain was 609 g during the body weight range of 20-90 kg, and 3.70 kg of mixed material was consumed per kilogram of weight. The slaughter rate was 72.4% and carcass lean percentage was 51.5%.

Third, use
