Gosling warming method

After the goose has hatched, the function of adjusting its own body temperature is poor. Therefore, goslings should be kept warm and incubating. When the temperature is low, use common bamboo rakes and put a layer of dry straw on the bottom of the pods. Put the goslings into the larvae and place 8 to 10 larvae per pod. It is advisable to cover the mouth with old quilts or sacks. The suitable temperature of the geese is: 1 to 3 days of 28°C to 30°C, 4 to 7 days of 23°C to 27°C, and 8 to 15 days of 20°C to 22°C. After two and a half months, the cold-resistance has been enhanced, but it is still necessary to pay attention to temperature control. If the geese are free from epidemic diseases, they lie on their backs and quarrel with each other, contend for a warm place, and from time to time have long and sharp calls, indicating that the temperature is low and cold, and measures must be taken to warm up in time. When they are scattered and inhabited, drink frequently, look around for a long time, breathe openly, and call out loud and short-term, they are mostly overheated and should be cooled quickly. When the room temperature is higher than 15°C, the goose can be placed in the room, but the ground must be covered with grass or cardboard blocks. If the humidity of the mat grass exceeds 60%, the dry mat must be replaced. During the young period, the geese fed 5 to 7 times during the day and fed 2 to 3 times in the evening, keeping them free from hunger, thus increasing the heat of the goose body.
