The southwest region must timely harvest mature crops and field management, and in areas with high precipitation, it is necessary to improve the conditions of field penetration and promote the normal grouting and consolidation of crops such as one-season rice. Coastal areas should pay attention to prevent the adverse impact of tropical cyclones on agricultural production.
